Friends had told us that Lisboa is almost identical to San Francisco - its bridge, its city trains, its hills. We were shocked at how right they were! To kick off our stay, we wandered around the bustling neighborhoods of Baixa, Chaido, and Rossi, stopping for snacks of boiled shrimp, gooseneck barnacles, jamón and ostras.
